As an IT administrator (m/w/d) at our production site in Kaufbeuren, you work within the IT department in the IT operation team. In your function, you are the first respondent, especially for our employees at the Kaufbeuren site. Cooperation with highly motivated colleagues in a team with flat hierarchies offers you the opportunity to get to know new technologies and develop in the areas of security and infrastructure.

Varied tasks

Onboarding new employees: Account creation (Microsoft Windows AD, Linux accounts, MacOS), setup of hardware and work areas Offboarding of employees: Account deactivation, return and recycling of devices for new users IT warehouse management: hardware management and management of IT stocks for approx. 1,000 assets Management of corporate accounts: Atlassian (JIRA and Confluence), VPN certificates and other accounts such as Gitlab, Unity and Solidworks Management of company phones and raising user problems Internal IT support: ticket processing in the ticket system and troubleshooting within the 1st level IT support, as well as close cooperation with 2nd and 3rd level support

At least 4 years of professional experience in Microsoft Windows, Apple MacOS and Linux IT support At least 3 years of practical experience with IT networks Knowledge of cable management and fun at craftsmanship work around the cabling and setting up of new work areas Hands-On appeal as well as high service and customer orientation Very good knowledge of German and English Driving license valid in Germany and weekly readiness to travel to Munich
