Your duties In your role as a Site Documentation Specialist (m/w/x), the Real Estate Management (REM) organization will support you in developing a structured document management system and take responsibility for further tasks. These are: Participation, establishment and maintenance of the documentation structure and legally compliant documentation (owner obligations)

Monitoring the entire documentation processes by coordinating internal stakeholders

Creation of uniform documentation requirements for real estate management, including document steering, in compliance with the location specifications

Creating and maintaining a digital and audit-proof depositing structure for contract management and participation in audits (internal audits, insurance audits, security audits, quality assurances)

Care and further development of the software used (participation in supra-regional working groups) and participation in optimization processes within the REM organization

General support of the Head of Cluster in the creation of presentations, loggings, billing-relevant tasks, termination organisations etc.

Complete bachelor's degree, ideally with focus on facility– or real estate management or the like.

Very good specialist expertise in facility or real estate management including a strong knowledge in document management and structuring large amounts of data, desirable in an internationally operating group

Very safe handling of CAFM or comparable database systems

Responsible and sustainable working combined with high quality standards to the results of your own work

Sovereign communication skills in German and English (word and writing) as well as readiness for occasional service trips to Zeiss locations in the German-speaking region
