At our headquarters we take over financial accounting and receivable management for all German companies of the APZ Group. In this responsible position, you contribute significantly to securing our financial flows and actively shaping our processes in debt management.

The position is in full-time (40 week hours) and offers you a flexible working model with the possibility to work up to two days a week in the home office and three days in the office.

In this position, you play a central role in debt management and work closely with our financial team.

Your tasks include: Monitoring and management of open claims Communication with customers to clarify payment differences and delays Creation of reminders Maintenance and documentation of receivables Analysis of payment behaviour and risk management Cooperation with the financial team to coordinate accounts and payments Support in preparing monthly and annual accounts

For this position we are looking for a personality who works structured, communicates clearly and professionally represents our payment interests.

Ideally, you bring the following profile: Experience meets know-how: You have a commercial training and several years of professional experience in debt collection and finance, or a comparable qualification, ideally in the vehicle service industry or a comparable environment. Communication strength: to the customer with experienced appearance and corresponding communication as well as in our multidisciplinary teams with persuasiveness analytical and structured: sound knowledge in financial analysis and reporting IT-fit: safe handling of MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS Word, ideally experience with SAP Business by Design high quality standards: a high degree of initiative, solution orientation and a highly structured working method
