Teamleiter Industrial Engineering (m/f/d)

You analyze existing processes, identify optimization potentials and establish sustainable standards along the entire value chain. You harmonise site-wide processes and standards in the design and construction of machines and plants. You consistently introduce lean management methods, develop these continuously and anchor a culture of continuous improvement. You establish meaningful key figures and control instruments for the sustainable increase of productivity, efficiency and process quality. You work closely with the division and production management, the manufacturing areas, the construction and other company locations and actively promote cross-sector projects. You gradually expand the industrial engineering team at the Großzöberitz site and take over the technical and disciplinary leadership. You actively contribute to the organisational and cultural change of our production site and provide important impulses for the further development of our company.

Successfully completed studies of industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, production technology or a comparable technical field. Multiannual, well-founded professional experience in industrial engineering of a manufacturing industrial company. Multiannual leadership experience – disciplined, professional or in the direction of complex cross-disciplinary projects. Detectable experience in introducing standards, optimizing production processes and successful implementation of change projects. Very good knowledge of Lean Management as well as the methods of time management (REFA and MTM). You have experience in handling SPS and their programming (Siemens/Beckhoff) Experience in the standardization of processes and in the design and construction of machines and plants. Entrepreneurial thinking, high self-initiative and the claim to actively develop a production site. Decision strength, enforcement capacity and communication strength as well as the ability to bring together different interests and convincingly represent changes. Analytical, structured and result-oriented mode of operation with pronounced hands-on mentality. Secure handling of CAD, MS Office; Advantage of SAP
