With the home emergency call, we allow older and needy people to get a safe life in their familiar environment and in case of emergency help by pressing a button. The administration is the contact person for new and existing customers in all questions about the home emergency call and disposes of the service in the field. For the service in Halle (Saale), we are looking for reinforcement for our team in the field of emergency call. At the next possible time, the body must be occupied in parttime (35 hours/week). The exact working time and the use in the various areas of activity are flexible according to the current need. We are looking for a dedicated personality that, in addition to professional competence, brings with it the motivation and the ability to continuously develop. The aim is that you can also take on personnel responsibility in a perspective.

Its activities include two essential areas which are interlinked as required: Administrative support: General advice on incoming requests from interested parties and new customers Documentation and maintenance of the master data of our customers according to quality management requirements CRM processing (coordination of customer appointments, telephone service) Pre- and post-processing of work orders and customer contracts complaint management - acceptance and processing of complaints

Technical customer support in the field of emergency call: Advice on home emergency equipment at the local interest Reduction and dismantling of emergency equipment at the customer Implementation of service appointments (maintenance, disorder) for existing customers

A commercial training or a comparable qualification, ideally experience in administrative activities Good linguistic expressability Certain, independent and flexible operation Routined work with MS Office 365 and no scrubbing before technology (laptop, PC or special software) readiness to work quickly and actively into new applications Joy and empathy in dealing with seniors and people with diseases or disabilities Flexibility, readiness and readiness to travel driving licence class B A positive basic attitude towards the Christian values of the Malteser
