Project Manager Construction and Renovation (m/f/d)

As a project manager for building and refurbishment (w/m/d), you take over the supervision and coordination of construction and refurbishment projects of our client from planning to acceptance. You control and coordinate all project participants and ensure compliance with construction regulations. You ensure the quality standards based on the performance phases 1 to 9 of the HOAI. On the basis of construction plans and drawings, you will provide cost-effectiveness calculations of the projects.

You have completed their studies in architecture or civil engineering, or a comparable qualification, and also have practical experience. You have professional experience in the implementation of construction projects or the construction planning and reporting to clients. You have well-founded knowledge of the standards and regulations of construction. Analytical and problem-solving capability as well as an independent, careful and team-oriented way of working. Very good German skills complete your profile.
