The specialist center for paediatric neurology, neuro rehabilitation and epileptology offers 85 stationary and 10 day-care beds. It works closely with various disciplines, a specialized team of therapists and an experienced psychosocial team. At the closest possible time, we are looking for a full-time logo holder/language therapist (m/w/d) for the rehabilitation of young adults (JERWA) and acute areas. Neurological disorders: You diagnose and treat acute and chronic neurological diseases. Diagnostics and care for swallowing and speech disorders: You advise and provide patients with dysphagia, aphasia and tracheal cannula management. Implementation and documentation of FEES: You perform imaging swallow diagnostics and document findings carefully. International patient care and advice: You accompany relatives and work with patients:in different cultures. Interdisciplinary meetings and training: You regularly participate in team meetings and further education.

You have a completed vocational training as a logo teacher, logo teacher or language therapist or Language therapist. You are interested in supported communication at different levels, from learning simple cause-effect principles to using eye controls or communication software. You are motivated to treat dysphagias and participate in tracheal cannula management. You show sensitivity in dealing with seriously affected patients as well as disabled children and their relatives. Training Tracheal Cannula Management (TKM)
