In the interdisciplinar team, You are responsible for the supervision of numerous projects by the federal offices, civil protection, the Bundeswehr, guest forces and other federal authorities in Westphalia. You work in an area characterized by a high and interesting variety of measures, including with the aim of building climate-neutral You have diplomatic skills in coordination with internal and external stakeholders You advise, support and examine in matters of construction and economics and in the implementation of public law procedures You are responsible for the technical control of costs, dates and qualities to comply with the project objectives and to comply with the structural policy objectives You advise the utilising departments and the promoters of measures in the field of construction in the qualification of requirements, in the implementation of variant considerations and the long-term development of the federal offices

You have completed your studies (Bachelor/FH-Diplom/Master) of architecture, civil engineering (e.g. civil engineering), industrial engineering or utility technology TGA or the career qualification for the category 2.1 of senior technical administration. Further requirements: You have deepened knowledge of project management with corresponding experience or qualifications and independent management of projects You have well-founded expertise in the preparation and implementation of construction measures You ideally have professional experience in the respective field of performance periods 1-9 In-depth knowledge of public and private building law is desirable You are characterised by a high self-initiative and self-responsibility You show the willingness to actively shape change processes and optimize processes Your profile is rounded off by negotiation skills and enforcement You bring safe German knowledge, which at least correspond to the language level C1 (flowing in word and writing) and are capable of leading a service ticket (guide certificate class B) You have the willingness to carry out a safety review ‘Ü 1 to T 3’ under the Security Audit Act

Department As a specialist supervision leading level (FfE) we control and secure the legally compliant, economical and quality-oriented implementation of federal construction tasks in NRW. We act as a superordinate entity and a modular link between the stakeholders of the federal government and the building-leading level (BdE). Our focus is on the technical testing, approval and the superordinate controlling of demanding civil and military construction projects. Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee may be paid from the E11 payment group to the E13 TV‐L (approximately € 60.000,00 – approx. € 84.300,00 per year) with all agreed social benefits (e.g. occupational pensions). It is possible to carry out the same status of the applicants, up to a position of grade A 13 LBesO A (running-track group 2.1).
