Organisation and coordination of tasks in the MRP including order intake, order collection and disposition of employees and experts. Self-governing and coordination of schedules, independent correspondence, and takeover of general administrative office activities, administrative tasks and back office activities. Treatment of accident damage and support in daily damage management as well as documentation, tracking and settlement of damages. Communication with customers, partners and service providers as well as telephone and written communication with experts, customers and authorities. Customer support as a reliable contact person, including correspondence processing, processing of invoice complaints and customer requests. Creation and follow-up of offers, contract documentation, general expertise and participation in the development of concepts and presentations. Interface work between internal departments and external contact persons as well as participation in customer meetings, in particular via Microsoft teams.

Complete training as a lawyer or comparable commercial training and ideally multi-year professional experience in a comparable position. Ideally knowledge of the right to damage or experience in the accident business. Embossed organizational skills and structured working methods as well as independent working. Safe and professional handling of customers and routined handling of MS Office; SAP knowledge is advantageous. High reliability, team capability and communication strength as well as a high degree of trustworthiness and loyalty. Class B licence
