Trainee site development for nationwide deployment (m/f/d)

We are looking for a trainee location development (m/w/d) for the nationwide deployment as of October 1, 2026. In our 12-month trainee program, you will be prepared by extensive training-on-the-job for your later activity as a site developer (m/w/d) in order to subsequently independently perform a sales area with approx. 35 service stations and a two-digit million sales responsibility. You first start at our headquarters in Osnabrück and learn the basics for your later career through insights into upstream and downstream processes as well as through training measures.
