You support the district heating planning in the planning phase and commission and coordinate the execution of search slots in this phase You check the cost calculations created by district heating planning You create project-related performance directories for pipeline construction projects in the district heating network of our company You coordinate foreign and private services and monitor the execution of the projects in accordance with the documents approved for execution, the construction contract and the generally accepted rules of technology and the relevant regulations You are responsible for the costs and dates, and you will determine the amount of the services provided by our contractors with the following factual audit You accept the services and deliveries of our contractors

You have a successfully completed training as a technician (m/w/d) or master (m/w/d) from the field of construction, mechanical engineering, supply engineering and Process engineering or have successfully completed a degree in the aforementioned fields You have professional experience in project management, construction monitoring and/or construction supervision of pipeline construction projects, especially in pipeline construction, and knowledge in handling ERP, GIS documentation and tendering software are of advantage You presuppose the experienced use of common software such as MS Office and ideally also have SAP skills You have a strong, commercial understanding and analytical thinking skills, planning and organizational talent You show high operational readiness and loadability You like to work in the team and have strong communication skills
