Workshop Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for you as a workshop manager (w/m/d) for NVO Nahverkehr Ostwestfalen GmbH at Lennestadt. Your tasks:

The workshop staff at the Lennestadt site will guide and motivate you and ensure a smooth flow of information and communication on relevant topics You ensure the timely provision of operational and operationally safe vehicles, while complying with legal requirements and internal standards All dates for legal investigations as well as required maintenance and maintenance work on vehicles, machines and systems are planned, taxed and monitored Technically required measures according to the requirements of the vehicle manufacturers are monitored – including technical information (TI), service information (SI) and recall actions Maintenance orders to external service providers are forged in consideration of economic aspects You plan and monitor the costs of the workshop area and document all costs incurred by SAP/ISI. In addition, you continuously opt for the material and storage industry, including BANF production and testing of the material input For a safe and smooth workshop operation, in compliance with work and environmental protection, accident prevention and fire protection according to IMS You develop measures to improve maintenance processes, material management and fleet management – including with regard to vehicle maintenance

Your profile:

You have a motor vehicle registered letter in the automotive industry. Brings multi-year professional experience in vehicle maintenance and first leadership experience Experience in SAP/R3 and ISI (integrated system maintenance) you have – or you are ready to work quickly You know yourself well-founded with modern commercial vehicle technology and electronics as well as their maintenance Detections about completed courses of SP and AU in accordance with §29 and Appendix VII StVZO You have the license of classes C and D; possibly also DE Analytical and problem-solving capabilities, critique and conflicting skills characterize you You work efficiently, structured and independent You are close to the exchange of information with the branch, the head office, colleagues, your own leadership and customers
