For our Transformation & Agile Operating Model (TAO) service field, we are looking for you as a working student Change Management & Communication - Artificial Intelligence (m/w/d) in Münster from 15 hours.

Your tasks with perspectives You support our team Transformation & Operating Model in the successful introduction and anchoring of artificial intelligence (AI) in the company and actively accompany change processes. You participate in the design and implementation of change and communication measures and help to inform different target groups in a comprehensible and targeted manner about AI initiatives. You plan, organize and accompany workshops, information events and exchange formats and prepare presentations as well as communication documents for management and other stakeholders. You work on projects related to change management, AI adoption and transformation, conduct research and develop innovative communication and participation formats together with the team. You take part tasks in project management on your own, introduce your own ideas and actively shape cultural change towards an AI-based working world.

Your personality with profile

You study economics, business psychology, communications sciences, business informatics, economic engineering or a comparable discipline and have successfully completed at least three completed semesters of your Bachelor's degree. You are interested in change management, organizational development, communication and artificial intelligence and want to actively shape the digital transformation of a company. You have very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially PowerPoint, and have ideally gained first experience with collaboration tools as well as project management methods. You work analytically, structured and self-responsively, have a quick understanding and can easily prepare complex facts. You are convinced by communication strength, moderation capability, self-initiative, team capacity, organisational skills and a safe occurrence. You have knowledge of German (at least C1 level) and good English (B2 level).
