You plan and organize internal and external events – from workshops to employee events to factory tours and corporate presentations – and accompany them as host:in You welcome all participants and make sure that everyone feels comfortable and valued internally and externally You coordinate teams, service providers:inside and resources, so everything goes smoothly You create events creatively and in the sense of our values – inspiring, professional and human You communicate events and important topics about the Intranet and contribute to a lively employee experience You enter our social donation activities and support projects in the field of experience / employee experiences

Experience in event management, ideally in a business environment Organizational and independent, structured working Communication strength and joy in dealing with people Creativity and design joy Ability to compete internally and externally as a value-assurance host: Safe handling of common planning tools and MS Office
