We are looking for a consultant (m/w/d) Management Support in the field of energy technology at the Bayreuth site at the next possible time. The position must be occupied within a 37-hour week.

• Support as a staff function in the team in implementing large-scale line construction projects in the high-voltage and high-voltage power grid
• Control of numerous interfaces to other projects
• Responsibility for sorting, knowledge, resource and risk management
• Budget management, audits, process optimization and reporting in the context of dynamic multi-project execution
• Creating framework directives and procedural instructions and designing the quality assurance process
• Contribution to systematisation and optimization of existing and future processes and projects

Your profile:

• You have a successfully completed study of engineering, industrial engineering or natural sciences or a comparable qualification
• They have experience in the planning and processing of large-scale projects, as well as knowledge in the planning, approval, construction and operation of electrical installations
• You have comprehensive knowledge of process and lean management
• They bring comprehensive experience in working with MS 365
• Your profile is rounded off by good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
