Specialist in child and adolescent psychiatry at our new location in Vogtareuth (m/f/d)

Conception: Together with the medical management, you actively contribute to the structural and content of a new child- and youth-psychiatric organizational unit and bring your expertise into the development of processes, processes and quality standards. Patient care: You take over the diagnosis and therapy of children and adolescents, create individual treatment plans and accompany their implementation. In addition, you will provide professional assistance physicians within the scope of your competence profile and develop your supervision skills. Quality assurance & result measurement: You participate in the construction of systematic methods for measuring and evaluating the treatment results of the newly created unit and actively use them to further develop the quality of supply. Interdisciplinary cooperation: You work closely with the psychosomatic clinic in Prien and benefit from the professional exchange, coordinated interface processes and common perspectives on complex treatment processes. Further training & knowledge transfer: You participate in internal training, e.g. within the framework of the youth curriculum, and will be happy to pass on your knowledge to colleagues. Science & Congresses: You have the opportunity to work scientifically, to pursue their own projects and to participate in national and international specialist congresses. Scientific further development is explicitly supported.

You have a completed specialist training in child and youth psychiatry and psychotherapy. You have the pleasure of actively shaping structures and bring the motivation to help shape a new child- and youth-psychiatric organizational unit in the building process.
