(Senior) Consultant Registry Modernization & NOOTS (m/f/d)

Design the technical implementation of the register modernization in Germany. You advise authorities at federal, state and municipal level when registers and online services are connected to the National Once-Only-Technical System (NOOTS). You will also accompany the introduction of RaaS solutions (Register as a Service). Depending on the level of experience, you take responsibility in projects, subprojects or in the PMO: You analyze existing registers and online services with regard to their administrative processes, data models and interfaces

You design the connection of registers, online services and specialist procedures to the NOOTS based on established XÖV standards

You develop concepts for the migration of registers into modern RaaS solutions and accompany their implementation

You create technical, coarse and fine concepts as well as technical and technical specifications

You control projects, take PMO or (partial) project management tasks and answer test management as well as roll-out activities

You have successfully completed your studies in (economic) informatics, political science, business or economics or the like

You bring professional experience in IT projects in the Public Sector and have ideally gained experience in register modernization or in the NOOTS environment

You have expertise in at least one of the following topics: requirement management and specialist conception (e.g. BPMN, UML); data modelling and data standards such as XÖV; IT architecture, interfaces and integration or software development and testing

You ideally have certifications such as PRINCE2, IREB CPRE, Professional Scrum Master or TOGAF

To optimally advise our customers on site, you are ready to travel nationally and internationally

Very good German and English language skills complete your profile
