TNBb - Group Leader Construction Management (m/f/d)

As a group manager (m/w/d) Baumanagement Netze you take over the management of the group of the same name within the division Operation of SWKiel Netz GmbH. In this key role, you will create the conditions to ensure that all grid-building measures of the electricity, gas, water and district heating sectors – from permit planning to commissioning – can be implemented safely, efficiently, on time and budget-oriented. In doing so, you design structures, processes and systems that ensure and develop the performance of our network construction – and actively promote changes. Your tasks in detail: Leadership and organisation: Management and development of the Working Group on Construction Management Network, including leadership of employees and delegation of tasks, responsibility and competencies. Efficiency and quality assurance: Ensuring a structured, secure and efficient control of all network construction projects from approval planning to commissioning. Optimization and further development: Detection and implementation of optimization potentials in processes, systems and interfaces as well as development and implementation of improvement measures. Cost and time management: monitoring and controlling the time and cost development of all network construction measures with regular feedback to the MRP. Communication and cooperation: Ensuring successful cooperation with internal and external partners as well as professional communication on ongoing and planned construction measures. Environmental and Security Management: Ensuring a legally compliant design, continuous improvement of work safety and reduction of environmental impact. Representation of the company's interests: representation of SWKiel Netz GmbH to concession holders, licensing authorities and the city of Kiel, in particular in higher-level planning discussions and in urban planning projects.

Complete study of the field of civil engineering (low-construction), industrial engineering, electrical engineering or mechanical engineering. Multiannual experience in construction management as well as in the process and project organization as well as ideally first experience in leadership of teams. knowledge and experience in the process and the peculiarities of construction measures for the laying of supply lines.
