Your tasks:

• you carry out basic and treatment care on our protected residential area for residents suffering from dementia
• our residents with challenging behavior are supervised by you professionally
• you know the expert standards "relationship in the care of people with dementia" and implement them in everyday life
• you plan and revise the PC-assisted care documentation (structure model)
• the inhabitants are at your first place: you promote and demand the skills of the people entrusted to you
