Our controlling is a central partner for the economic management of our bank. In our 11-member team at the Düsseldorf and Frankfurt locations, we bundle expertise in planning, forecasting and management reporting and create transparent decision-making bases for management. In addition, we work on strategic issues, develop business cases and accompany special topics and thus make a significant contribution to overall banking control. As a senior controller, you take over the following tasks: General banking control & controlling processes: In this function, you design, coordinate and control the bank-wide controlling processes and methods and ensure their consistent application and further development. Management consulting & Sparring: As a competent respondent for economic questions, you will advise the Executive Board as well as other relevant stakeholders and prepare informed decision-making and action recommendations from Controlling-Sicht. Control instruments & method development: With your professional know-how, you are actively driving forward the continuous development of the control instruments as well as the control processes and methods. Economic & Business-Case Analysis: In the context of investment decisions, product developments and ad hoc requests, you create resilient business assessments, such as economic scenarios, revenue developments or regulatory risk issues. IT & Transformation Projects: In cross-departmental projects for IT-modernisation, you introduce your controlling expertise, formulate technical requirements and accompany the development of a future-oriented IT architecture, for example in the SAP-HANA environment.

You have a successfully completed economic studies, ideally focusing on controlling, mathematics or IT. In your multi-year experience in controlling, especially in the overall management of companies or banks, you have actively designed and developed processes. In doing so, you can bring well-founded knowledge into control instruments and key figures systems and can use it specifically for corporate management. Ideally, you have already gained experience in handling SAP HANA and Power BI. You are familiar with data warehouses and have ideally helped to build or implement such systems. In German you can master C1 level and English in B2 level, so you can communicate and present safely in both languages. You analyze complex topics independently, structure results clearly and prepare them so that stakeholders can well understand them and make informed decisions.
