Overview of your role & team As a disponent, you take responsibility for procurement planning, the purchase of commercial goods and the production control to ensure a timely execution of orders and optimal inventory levels for NUK and BillyBoy products. Your goal is to ensure a high level of service by optimizing supply chains and minimizing out-of-stock risks. You are part of a team of 10 colleagues: inside our office right next to the production site in Zeven. We will help you achieve your goals and develop by providing regular feedback and access to online training.

Your main tasks: Responsibility for order execution, order tracking, receipt management and management of deliveries and stocks Responsible for the production of production orders and the monitoring of the existing situation Optimization of supply chains and material plans for the best possible implementation of existing targets and achieving a high level of service Cause analysis of critical out-of-stock situations for selected product groups Identification of supply bottlenecks and fluctuations in demand and derivation of measures Control of the production of promotional goods with special packaging (display, stripeware) and, if necessary, Review of associated lists complaint of incorrect entry of goods in accordance with the procedure Monitoring of orders to contractors, provision of components and monitoring of schedule

What you need Minimum: Successfully completed commercial training First professional experience in disposition or material planning Secure handling of ERP systems (ideally SAP) and knowledge of an APS system (Advanced Planning) Very good MS-Excel knowledge Flowing German knowledge and good English knowledge in word and writing.
