Stellv. Service Management (m/d)

The weekly working time is 38.5 hours (full time). – employment in parttime is also possible.

Your tasks:

• Implementation of care counselling operations according to § 37 para. 3 SGB XI
• Acquisition and reception of new patients and implementation of interviews
• Participation in service and tour planning
• Support in tour care for human bottlenecks
• Coordination of cooperation with doctors, therapists, hospitals and other health professionals
• Ensuring and further developing care quality
• Professional guidance, advice and support of our care team
• Support for performance accounting with cost-beneficiaries
• Close and trustworthy cooperation with the care management

Your conditions:

• Completed training as a nurse (w/m/d), health and nursing staff (w/m/d) or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, a further education for care services according to § 71 SGB XI
• Class B licence
• Joy in dealing with older and needy people and an appreciative, empathic appearance
• Responsibility, reliability and independent working
• Team spirit as well as strong communication and organizational ability
