Workshop management

Your mission: In the role of the workshop management, you are the center of our workshop – comparable to a master function: You make sure everything goes smoothly, packs up yourself and guides the team through clear structures, order and high quality standards. You take responsibility for processes, order and safety in our workshop.

Organization & Standards: You take care of tool management and jobs, as well as the material and storage industry (e.g. selection and ordering of consumables and PSA, inventory).

Leading & Being a Model: You introduce your colleagues, give tips from the practice and ask for the right application of machines and tools.

Safety & cleanliness: You make sure that requirements are complied with and every workplace is ready for use at any time.

Technical foundation: training in the metal, electrical or workshop area (e.g. mechanics, locksmiths, electricians, industrial masters). Practical know-how: experience in workshop/production and a look at what works in everyday life. Leadership from practice: natural authority, clarity in appearance and joy in leading a team. Macher mentality: structured, solution-oriented and ready to pack yourself. Languages: Good German knowledge, English at conversation level (conversational).
