Senior Manager (m|w|d) Public Business Law in Nuremberg

To strengthen our team in Nuremberg, we are looking for a lawyer (m|w|d) public business law.

Your duties

• Construction and planning law - consulting and representation in construction law procurement (construction planning procedures, construction permit procedures, urban construction contracts, etc.) and in construction supervision
• Environmental law - Support in the approval of plants of all kinds and in compliance with environmental requirements
• Local Law - Consultation of municipalities in all tasks
• Funding & subsidies - Support for applications, evidence of use and recovery
• administrative procedures & processes - representation before authorities and courts, preparation of opinions and contracts
• Support of colleagues:inside as experienced:r Mentor:in
• Takeover of lectures and publications

Your profile

• convincing legal expertise
• multiannual professional experience in public economic law, ideally in public building law
• Teamplayer: we work together as a multidisciplinary team and across locations
• Adviser Personality: introduce your skills in the professional advice of our clients
