Your tasks Responsibility for setting up and commissioning production facilities, including welding robots, devices and other plant parts Ensure that the plants are set up in accordance with production requirements and safety standards Guidance and support of the operator in the layer Operation and monitoring of the entire production plant including the welding robot Conducting regular functional testing and quality control during the production process Ensure that the plant performance meets the specified production targets Take measures for deviations and disturbances to achieve production targets Implementation of optimizations Layer transfer

Your preferred qualifications Complete training in a technical profession, ideally as a welder, industrial mechanic or comparable Multiannual professional experience as plant guide, preferably in a welding operation Knowledge of the operation of welding robots and other automated production plants Ability to manage and motivate a team in shift operation High level of responsibility, reliability and problem solving Ready to work in the 3-shift system JOBV1_EN
