LEITER PROJEKTMANAGEMENT (M/W/D)

THE POSITION

As Head of Project Management, you are an important interface for our Key Account Management, Controlling, Construction, Purchasing and our customers and manage the entire customer-oriented project management for ground conveyor technology from Bautzen (DE). This includes all elements of project management from the support of sales staff in the final phase of customer negotiations, the production of system solutions to global delivery and final customer acceptance.

You are responsible for the further development of our project management in the sense of efficient implementation of the projects. Together with your team, you will ensure a smooth handling of customer-specific orders and efficient processes in the execution of high-quality plant quality. They identify vulnerabilities, identify and evaluate project-related risks and manage optimization potentials.

They monitor the development of solutions in the project phase and coordinate the efficient cooperation between all upstream and downstream departments and our customers. This leadership requires close cooperation with all stakeholders to achieve efficiency potential through process improvements.

REQUIREMENTS

• They bear the overall responsibility for the appointment - and costly implementation of all projects in the required quality

• In addition to a high level of leadership and a natural authority, you will bring a solid know-how of process engineering and application consulting as well as reference to mechanical engineering in the automotive or adjacent areas with
• You have a high customer orientation as well as expertise in project planning and project execution – both in multi-project management and in the context of larger individual projects. You also have excellent communication and presentation skills. Complex technical processes can be explained in detail.
• You have fun on occasional travel and speak good English.

QUALIFICATION

• You have a university degree in a technical or business direction with multi-year leadership experience as team leader, group manager or department manager
• They have adequate experience in leading position in project management in industrial or manufacturing companies, preferably in the automotive supplier sector
• Knowledge of the national / international environment
• Analytical and conceptual skills
