Team management and consulting: You support the management of the neurological station A0 in the operational management, consulting and guidance of the station teams. Staff deployment planning: You take over the efficient planning of service and holiday plans as well as the organizational coordination of workflows taking into account economic aspects and process optimization. Personnel development: You promote the professional qualification of employees through targeted personnel development measures and specialist training. Cross-departmental cooperation: You cooperate with other departments and professional groups and conduct projects. Care practice: You are actively involved in the direct care of patients and support the team in practice.

You have a completed training as a examinated nursing professional, e.g. health care and nursing or caregiver, and ideally bring several years of professional experience in early neurological rehabilitation. A further development to the station line or in comparable guide tasks is desirable. You are characterized by a high degree of self-initiative, professional and personal competence and a strong sense of responsibility. You show above-average commitment, flexibility, enforcement and economic thinking. You work in a team- and collaborative manner, are versed in dealing with modern hospital information systems and bring willingness to continuous training.
