Your tasks:

• Organizing a wide range of external Communication events and events
• coordination with external and internal stakeholders (hotels, Travel agencies and Airbus departments), for invited guests, including Media, Airline customers, politicians
• Responsible for hotel and restaurant bookings
• Contact and cooperation with core suppliers, e.g. Shuttle services, Caterer
• Systemic assignment and tracking of booked services in Link to events
• Pick up offers

Your profile:

• Complete studies in the field of event management or a comparable qualification
• Complete vocational training with many years of professional experience as an event merchant or hotel expert
• Over two years of professional experience in public relations/ Communication Management and Event Organisation
• Knowledge in Google Workspace
• German and English skills
