It manages an area of approximately 380.000 m2 of gross land in approximately 60 buildings. The Infrastructure Building Management (IGM) department ensures operation in all public areas of the university and realizes central service services on the campus.

Traffic management and operator responsibility Implementation and documentation of regular traffic safety visits in buildings and outdoor installations Monitoring of safety-relevant areas and introduction of emergency measures at risk in delay Creation and tracking of deficiencies in the CAFM Control and quality control of external advertising service providers personal and telephone guidance for students, employees and guests Support in event management: First consultation of organizers on areas and processes Accompanying selected events to ensure compliance

a completed commercial or administrative vocational training (e.g. a merchantwoman for office management, administrative staff, event businessmanwoman) or a comparable qualification with respect to building management, project work or event organization multiannual practical experience in one of the following areas: campus management, facility management, event organisation, security management or comparable activities safe handling of Microsoft Office and routine handling of digital systems pronounced service-oriented and safe occurrence, sense of responsibility and communication strength Class B licence Remarkable: Experience in cooperation with external service providers and experience in visitor service, control center or service point activities Knowledge of the relevant legal and regulatory bodies (BetrSichV, ArbStättV, DGUV/GUV-V A1, basic knowledge of BauO NRW and SBauVO) Basic knowledge of project coordination, documentation or accounting processes Specific requirements: The activity includes regular routes and controls throughout the campus and supporting activities within the framework of events.
