You take over operational activities in the Product Family Hemodialysis 4008 department, such as assembly/testing activities, coordination of spare parts and empties, and organizing meetings and training Your responsibility also lies in the professional leadership of a team (according to the organization) with the following power of instruction: Special discussions on work content

You ensure that the team services are met with regard to the relevant performance indicators (KPIs) In addition, you act as the first contact person in the team As a single point of contact, you can ensure the necessary information flow between all parties (e.g. contact person for failure part round) Your tasks also include actively working on improvements and introducing autonomously small optimizations Last but not least, you can supply input for shopfloor management

Complete vocational training in the field of employment or a comparable qualification (e.g. in assembly) demonstrated by appropriate professional experience At least one year of professional experience in the operational manufacturing environment First leadership experience desirable Leadership and the ability to integrate into an existing team Powerfulness/readiness and strong quality awareness Effective communication skills and the ability to constructively resolve conflicts Basic knowledge of Lean/5S Comprehensive IT knowledge, ideally experience with the CAQ system German language skills in word and writing Willingness to work in 3-shift necessary
