Financial Accountant - Future Deputy Head (m/f/d)

Coordination of current financial accounting responsible participation in the consolidation and booking of business incidents and monitoring and quality assurance of debitor and creditor accounts; Ensuring proper maintenance of plant accounting. Partial responsibility for monthly, quarterly and annual accounts Support of the management in the preparation of HGB financial statements, including preparation of provisions and delimitations, as well as independent acquisition of defined financial statements. Management of several companies Control and monitoring of the accounting process of several companies, including documentation, reporting and compiling meaningful evaluations and statistics for management. Intercompany control Coordination and audit of intra-group transactions (deliveries, services, settlements); responsible coordination and clarification of intercompany transactions in close cooperation with the companies involved. Payments and reminders monitoring and ensuring smooth payment including the implementation of payment flows and bank bookings; professional control of open-post management and further development of Mahnwesen. Process optimization and further development Active participation and improvement of internal processes, identification of efficiency potentials and implementation of measures to improve quality in accounting.

Successfully completed commercial training, ideally with further training to/from account holder or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in financial and accounting, with first responsibility or representation experience routine in handling ERP and accounting systems (e.g. Syska, DATEV) as well as very safe MS office skills, especially Excel Structured, independent and responsible working with a view to priorities and process security Impressed communication skills as well as the willingness to take over leadership tasks and to represent the department management competently Very good knowledge of German in word and writing; English knowledge is advantageous
