How to make your contribution with us:

You process incidents and service requests around our applications – from the first error message to the successful solution In identity and permission management, you take responsibility for user access, user administration and group and rights concepts When controlling external service providers, you will ensure that SLAs are adhered to, the quality of the ticket is correct and the costs remain within the framework Rate and qualify change independently – you never lose your budget, added value and return on investment You actively share your knowledge: By coaching and guiding you support your colleagues (m/w/d) from the fields of expertise in finding a safe and efficient way in the systems

A completed commercial training or training with IT/ERP focus or a comparable qualification, e.g. a completed study in computer science, business informatics or a comparable discipline

Multiannual experience in an ERP system (ideally SAP S/4HANA or Dontenwill Business Express) Ideally experience in customizing ERP systems, for example in Business Express or in the SAP modules MM, SD or IBP An analytic-logical way of thinking paired with the view for the essential to put things into action quickly – completely done according to the motto “get stuff!” You feel in customizing and carrying out transportation at home User management and customizing groups and rights are part of the Daily Business A good portion of communication skills, curiosity and openness for cooperation with different disciplines and people Fun at work and success in the team combined with a strong sense of responsibility A feeling for the needs of the customer and a strong urge to provide a great service
