Clerk (m/w/d) for the International Team

The Raw Materials and Chemical Industry (BG RCI) is part of the German social security system. We are a statutory accident insurance company and responsible for nationwide approx. 36,000 member companies with approximately 1.6 million people working. We advise and support our member companies on all issues relating to occupational health and safety. In the event of an accident or occupational disease, we help insured persons with comprehensive treatment and rehabilitation and thus contribute to the best possible reintegration into working life and life in the Community. For our regional director Südwest, we are looking for two specialists (m/w/d) for the team abroad at the locations Bochum, Gera, Hamburg, Heidelberg, Cologne, Langenhagen, Mainz or Nuremberg at the next possible time.

Employment injuries and occupational diseases (phoenics.-Category 3 and 4) of insured persons residing abroad with special attention to inter- and supranational law as well as cases of frontier workers and under the foreign pension law. In particular, to examine and establish insurance cases, claims and claims for reimbursement; targeted services or to examine and establish measures for medical rehabilitation (including monitoring and control of the healing process); and to make pension payments abroad to communicate with insurers, member companies, medical staff and other social services providers and to work with the rehabilitation management of BG RCI.

a successfully completed university degree in the Bachelor's degree programme Social Security or the FPO exam or an equivalent degree of examination (FH diploma or degree in another accredited bachelor's degree), preferably with professional practical experience in the field of accident or occupational disease treatment or a successfully completed training for the social security specialist and in addition a relevant multiannual professional experience in accident and/or occupational disease treatment or, in the event of non-existence of one of the above-mentioned training qualifications due to other qualification measures (preferably qualification by a certified training of the GUV), have been successful for at least three years in accident/occupational diseases and have gained valuable knowledge and experience for the activity in the high-quality work, an independent, planned and targeted task, analytical judgment and thinking, the pronounced ability to make decisions in their own discretion, communication skills as well as a friendly and value-adding approach to the participants, even in difficult situations, team and cooperation capability, knowledge in the handling of standard systems of information and communication technology (e.g. MS-Office), willingness to expand your own knowledge and skills. Remarkable Foreign language skills, mainly Turkish.
