As Product Owner Redispatch, you play a crucial role in keeping our power grid stable and driving the integration of renewable energies. More and more electricity comes from wind and sun. In order to keep our network in balance, we control the power generation systems intelligently. You are driving this important process significantly. You are the link between our specialist and IT, defining requirements and ensuring that our systems for power grid control are continuously optimized. Product strategy and development: You are responsible for the strategic and operational further development of our functionalities in the redispatch outage determination. To do this, you define requirements and priorities, formulate and match our product backlog and develop the roadmap for new features. Agiles Leadership: You coordinate and prioritize technical and technical incidents and accompany your team in further development, supported by our agile coach. Budget & Planning: You monitor the product budget and support the creation of concepts and analyses. Interface management: As a central interface between specialist and IT, you accompany technical tests and decreases and ensure smooth communication. Stakeholder Management: You're looking for close relationships with all relevant stakeholders to take their needs into account.

A strong technical understanding of IT systems (e.g. the importance of downtimes, releases, patches and interfaces) and knowledge of energy-economic processes. If you know the Redispatch process, the better. Experience as a product owner within complex technical systems. Ideally with reference to the energy industry. Tools: Safe handling of Confluence and ServiceNow. Personality: communication strength, pronounced problem-solving competence, a great interest in team and personal development as well as courage to go new ways. Very good knowledge of German and English.
