As a Springer Coordinator, you are practically in use with us as well as central to the coordination of our employees in the Springer/innen team. For smooth operations, you plan flexibly and find quick and empathic solutions in challenging situations.

Your tasks - all, just not one-to-one: In this position you take a double function, you are active both in coordination and as a jumper:

• You coordinate and plan the interventions of our jumpers in the field of extraclinical intensive care
• You work closely with management team
• You are a contact person for the employees in the Springer/innen team and ensure a reliable operational structure
• You support short-term plan changes and find pragmatic solutions for bottlenecks
• At the same time, you are regularly employed as a jumper and supports our teams on site
• So you actively contribute to ensuring the high quality of care for our clients - both organizational and nursing

You will rock the place:

• A 3-year-old training as a examinated nursing specialist from nursing care, health care and nursing, health care and children's care or as a nursing professional
• Professional and management experience in intensive care, ideally extraclinical
• Organizational skills & fast reaction capability
• Communication strength, team spirit and decision-making
• Flexibility and joy in a versatile working day
• Class B driving licence should be available
