All-round tasks in everyday life: small repairs, garden care, winter service and the care of domestic engineering. Coordination of external service providers: For larger works, you support by organizing and supporting specialist companies. Support in Kita everyday: You are contact person (m/w/d) for colleagues (m/w/d) on site and help with practical challenges. What we want from you: craftsmanship: you have a craft training (e.g. electricians, installers, carpenters) or comparable experience. Reliability & own initiative: You work responsibly, independently and pragmatically. Organizational institution: You keep an overview of tasks, priorities and dates.
