We are looking for you in parttime and indefinitely as Senior Consultant (m/w/d) for our location in Alsfeld near Marburg. We clean all textiles from the health sector, for example from hospitals and nursing establishments.

Advising staff and employees on all HR issues in close consultation with the regional HR manager and the central HR department in Hamburg Support for around 150 employees across the entire Employee Lifecycle in close cooperation with the central HR departments and the HR manager of the South Region Development, conversion and development of per­sonal projects such as the annual salary rounds, the annual talent review process, etc. In this position, you are responsible for managing all employees at our production site. They have the potential to develop freely in specially controlled HR projects and to establish them successfully.
