Your future job: We are looking for you as a CNC machine (m/w/d) in Gerstetten for an exciting fixation.

Your tasks:

• Males and operators of HERMLE - CNC milling machines with HEIDENHAIN control
• Measurement and installation of cutting tools
• Continuous execution of program corrections in the manufacturing process
• Deburring and reworking of the components directly on and next to the machine
• Compliance with order and cleanliness at work according to 5S principles
• Implementation of small maintenance and maintenance work on the machines
• Monitoring and maintenance of the cooling lubricant system including refilling and control
• Work according to technical drawings with subsequent works self-examination

Your profile:

• Completed training, e.g. machining, industrial or precision mechanics
• Several years of professional experience in independent programming
• Set up and operate CNC machines
• Read drawings, technical understanding
• Handling of equipment and measuring equipment
• German in Word & Writing
• PC knowledge
• layer readiness 2-layer
