In the course of this activity, you will be responsible for: Building and further development of research data management at IKFT Advising users to established data management procedures Implementation of FAIR-compliant data solutions including electronic laboratory books and repositories Support in creating project applications for research projects on data management Operator for operational IT operation and IT infrastructure (including system and network operation at IKFT, procurement management, service and support) and IT officer at IKFT Planning, introduction, further development and detachment of IT systems (server, database, services) Development of an IT strategy for the IKFT with implementation concept based on the KIT requirements Concept development, construction and operation for the central data management of technical installations

A completed university degree in a natural or engineering course focusing on modelling, data, information technology or a comparable course of study Experience in building and maintaining research data management for the complex scientific operation multiannual experience in building and operating database systems Experience in IT compliance and data protection High service and team orientation, ability to transparent and targeted communication High cooperation capability to achieve common objectives Self-employed, solution-oriented and analytical methods independent and continuous training, in particular in new digital methods strong IT security awareness German knowledge of C2 level and English knowledge at least on B2 level
