Are you customizing CNC milling machines, adapting programs and keeping the quality of your workpieces in mind? For our customers, an internationally active industrial company in Kassel, we are now looking for a cutting-edge mechanic (m/w/d) with a focus on milling technology as part of the transfer of employees.

You check production documents for completeness and align CNC milling machines according to work plan. You load CNC programs, equip the required cutting tools and perform program adjustments if required. You align workpieces and set the workpiece zero points. You check the manufactured components within the framework of the self-checking of the factory and determine and correct the adjustment values if necessary. You monitor the processing and perform collision considerations. You identify disturbances and deviations in the workflow and eliminate their causes. You document work steps and adapt existing production documentation.

A completed design as a machining mechanic (m/w/d), milling technique specialist, as a tool mechanic (m/w/d) with a focus on milling or a comparable design Multiannual professional experience in machining, especially in CNC milling Experience with one of the machine controls Siemens SINUMERIK 840D, SINUMERIK ONE or Heidenhain CNC MillPlus Safe handling of technical drawings, production documents and test equipment Ready to work in the 3-shift system Good knowledge of German in word and writing A careful, independent way of working and a pronounced quality awareness
