The customer service is the central contact for a specific group of customers in the field of maritime logistics. You have a degree/training in logistics/pedition or professional experience in sea freight or shipping. You have a pronounced degree of self-discipline and endurance, are patient and pragmatic and can think analytically and systematically. You have strong conflict resolution capabilities and can communicate well. You're stress resistant. Liquid English and German skills are required, French knowledge is advantageous.
