Our customer is responsible for your area and the processing of inquiries: leadership of your team and simultaneous appearance as a model for your employees, e.g. on the topic of further development Make decisions, e.g. in complaints or other requests from our customers: Considering the economic indicators of your area, such as sales and subscriptions, as well as implementing the derived measures Ensure goods availability, inventory security and processes in cooperation with the logistics team Implementation of concepts (e.g. seasonal structures), services and internal and legal requirements (e.g. occupational safety) As part of the market management you represent the company inward and outward

Experiences in trade, e.g. as a merchant/buyer in retail trade (m/w/d), retailer:in, business owner:in or comparable professional experience Experience in leadership and further development of employees Team skills, communication strength and decision-making pleasure as well as desire for self-responsibility Knowledge in the evaluation of figures, e.g. by means of a commodity management system Experience in the prioritization of the daily business as well as a quick understanding Interest in the construction market range
