Site coordination: Own responsibility You coordinate all QHSE activities at our site. Team leadership: With your experience you guide and motivate your three-headed team. Standards Management: Certainly you ensure the implementation and compliance of the standards according to DIN EN ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001. System development: Actively support you in implementing additional and harmonised management systems. Kultur-Gestaltung: Through your presence in the operational field, you promote an actively lived QHSE culture. Audit assignment: Sovereign coordinates external inspections and audits and acts as a central contact person. Crisis Management: In case of emergencies or accidents, you control the reactions and measures. Knowledge Transfer: Competent you will start training on relevant QHSE topics and perform them independently.

Qualification: Your foundation is a completed degree in quality management, environmental management, logistics or comparable training. Professional experience: Multiannual practice in QHSE, ideally collected in an international environment. Knowledge: Finding knowledge of the standard ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001) characterize your profile. Additional qualification: We have a clear advantage of training as a specialist in occupational safety (SiFa) or as a safety officer. Language competence: You have very good knowledge of German and English for daily communication. Soft skills: organizational strength, communication skills and a high degree of intercultural understanding complete your personality.
