Planning and implementation of EU-wide and national public procurement procedures in accordance with GWB, VgV, UVgO, SektVO and relevant management regulations Advising the departments in matters relating to contracts and contracts, in particular to VOB/B and HOAI Legally compliant production of award documents and professional management of the award documentation Completion and management of individual and framework contracts Optimisation and further development of our procurement processes and the procurement department Support and further development of the electrical procurement portal

Completed study of the field of civil engineering, architecture, economics, legal sciences or a comparable subject or a comparable qualification Knowledge in national and European procurement law, construction law and safe application of public procurement rules Experience in managing complex procurement procedures, ideally in interdisciplinary project teams A multiannual professional experience in the planning and/or implementation of construction measures is desirable. Very good user knowledge in Microsoft 365 (M365); Experience in SAP ERP and an AVA program Analytical thinking, solution-oriented and structured working methods Self-employed, safe and friendly appearance and high team capacity
