We are looking for you Your tasks – so we inspire you HKLS (heating, air conditioning, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary facilities) and electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics Repairs, reconstructions and installations in the electrical sector locating and correcting faults, performing repairs independently and updating technical inventory documents First respondent in case of malfunctions and responsible for the initiation of appropriate measures for the improvement in the field of building technology Cross-sector support of supply systems Conducting technical tours, accompaniment of foreign companies Conduct and maintenance of test, maintenance and inspection reports Filling and processing of digital operational, maintenance and inspection protocols Operation of the building control technology and the technical systems Coordination of external service providers and accompaniment of foreign companies in structural measures Monitoring compliance with fire and accident prevention rules Your profile – let us inspire you A completed vocational training in electrical engineering/electronics/mechatronics, refrigeration and ventilation technology, or a comparable qualification Experience in customer service and maintenance of building equipment in general Experience in technical building management / Facility management Cross-trade expertise desirable Solution-oriented thinking and independent work Good knowledge of German in word and writing High commitment, sense of responsibility and team spirit Handling MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) Computer identifiers (e.g. CAFM systems, building control technology) Flexibility for occasional readiness Participation in the R & D Service Car driving licence (class B) Use in the business area of Sparkasse Mittelfranken-Süd We offer you: #compensation: unlimited contract of employment and annual salary between 46,000 – 56,000 Euro (TVöD-S, up to max.
