Tasks

• Operation of laser systems including monitoring of function sequences and adaptation of program parameters
• Supplements and bristles of metal components, including preparation and transfer to follow-up areas
• Deburring work to ensure defined surface quality
• Creating all system reports and production data in SAP for forwarding to the next production stations
• Replacement of work safety and quality standards during operation

Requirements

• Complete vocational training in a metalworking profession (e.g. machining mechanic, industrial mechanic, mechatronic)
• Long-term experience in manufacturing, preferably in machine or plant operation
• know-how in the field of mechatronics or automated production systems
• Practice in handling SAP and SAP R/3, including bookings and status messages
• Safe handling of Google Workspace of advantage
• German language skills (min. C1) and advanced English skills (min. B2)
• Ready to work in the 3-layer system
• A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) mandatory
