Technical Trainer (m/w/d) Fire Protection

As a technical trainer, you are responsible for the professional implementation and organization of technical training on fire protection and safety technology. Together with your team colleagues around our production site Bad Urach, you will ensure reliable fire protection and protect people, animals and the environment.

In your role, you are responsible for the planning, design and implementation of various training courses – about 30% of your working time are available in Germany at our locations and directly at our customers (e.g. factory fire guns). You provide both basic knowledge and in-depth knowledge of portable and mobile fire extinguishers, extinguishing water technology, smoke and heat extraction systems and fire protection doors. Your tasks include training fire protection and evacuation aids, including practical exercises with real fire exercises and the ''Firetrainer''. In addition, you support training for fire protection officers. You prepare the training documents carefully and gradually and provide an effective transfer of knowledge – both in presence events and in online seminars.

Completed training as technician with expertise for portable and mobile fire extinguishers Qualification as fire protection officer or experience in firefighting services, ideally as a train driver Impressed joy and ability to learn and understand technical knowledge Practical experience as a technical trainer or in carrying out technical trainings desirable Safe handling of technical devices and use of practical training methods readiness to travel Class B driving licence Communication strength, commitment and teaching skills Self-employed and structured work
