Where to pack • You have relevant experience as dental specialist:r? Are you in the ideal case (it is not a must!) already working as a ZMV/PM and looking for a new challenge? Maybe you've been in sales or training before? Then you are right with us! • But perhaps you also have a completely different background, such as professional experience in the field of technology, and have already gained depot experience to help us with your knowledge in installing our brand new product? Then you are also welcome with us! • With us you can sniff a different kind of practical air and look at everything from a different perspective. In principle, there are different areas in which we can use you well. These include support, technology and product training. But we are flexible and find the right place for you. • In order to start with us, you do not necessarily have to live in Thuringia, because we are looking for active support throughout Germany. Our colleagues in the technology usually work together from home from the home office or from one of our offices or on site with customers and customers, which requires a certain readiness to travel on your site when you start with us in the field of technology. The support is 100% available in the Home Office, but the incorporation takes place partly in our office in Jena. • A part-time job is not in the way, but it would be ideal if you spend at least 30h of your time with us a week.

What you should bring • You've spent a few years in dental practice and you know what it takes in everyday practice and how important a good software is. • If you want to start with us in the technical field, previous depot experience is important, but no need. • You bring enthusiasm to the world of technology and you want to learn new things again and again. • You have already gained experience with practice management software and can enrich our team with your skills and knowledge. • For us it is especially important for your hands-on mentality and your enthusiasm to put your skills into practice and to find pragmatic solutions for problems of any kind. • You are shining through your own work and showing great commitment to all your projects and tasks. • You bring team player qualities with you, but you’re not completely up when you have to deal with a challenge on your own. • Your interest in AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) or ideally even first experiences with agentic AI such as Codex, Claude Cowork, Gemini Spark or OpenClaw can be applied in practice. • In order to be able to get a grip on us, it is imperative that you master German at least on C1 level.
