Project planning and control Management and coordination of construction personnel Cost control and budget planning Monitoring the construction quality and implementation of quality control measures In the execution phase, You bear the technical, terminological, qualitative and economic responsibility for the construction site Responsibility for follow-up management (review, evaluate and negotiate) Interface coordination with test engineers, Statikers, Authorities and Subcontractors Ensuring and documentation of all occupational safety and health requirements Structured construction documentation, including digital reports and building journals Control of complex construction processes in construction engineering, in particular in concrete structures, auxiliary and setup constructions as well as traffic guidance
