Support of the construction management and polishing in the daily organization and processing of the construction site Participation in building site documentation, in particular in building day reports, production logs and dimensions Support for quality controls, deficiencies and monitoring of after-contracting services Working with the work preparation and billing of construction services Acquisition of other supporting and organisational activities in the context of construction and project management Close cooperation with an experienced building management and project team

Continuous studies in the field of civil engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable study programme Interest in applying theoretical knowledge in practice and gaining insights into the building management and the turnkey construction Structured, conscientious and independent working methods as well as a quick understanding Commitment, enthusiasm and joy in team collaboration Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Availability as a student:in for at least 2 days per week, ideally 20 hours or more
